This comes in two pieces, equating to a stamp of the inner design and the outside cutter. Not at all what I was expecting, nor what is shown in the photos. They are also flush with each other, so you cannot line them up and use them together at the same time because the design is not shorter than the outside and the design will all cut to the bottom of the cookie as well. The purple plastic is sturdy and pretty with a glitter/glisten to it. I wish this was designed like the other cutters I have been receiving though. It wasn't eligible to be returned either.
