These were pretty stale and as a result somewhat flavorless when they arrived to me which was disappointing.I usually get mine off eBay from Atlanta but the seller there must be unavailable because their price went from $6.99 for 6 to $166.99 for 6 lmao. I'm glad I finally decided to check Amazon! These are just as good although smaller. They don't have the other flavors I would have liked, such as Lotus but I enjoyed trying their flavors. 5 kernel I thought would be corn for some reason but it had a sunflower seed in it (so a different kind of kernel lol). The outer part is soft and crumbly and the inner is kind of chewy like those cookies that gramdmas enjoy that have the the raspberry jelly center on top. So they are good to me, a little dry inside but they satiate my taste for them :)Good flavor and good size for one bite!Too dry!I was excited to get these since I've gotten mooncakes from Chinatown before, but these were disappointing. They were stale, the outer part was dry and crumbly, and the inside wasn't moist and flavorful. They had close to no flavor many of them tasted the same. I thought that they were just made to be that dry, but when I opened the pineapple one, it was more moist and stayed together better... It also wasn't as hard. Sadly, I cannot return it for a refund and I'm rather annoyed by that. The date on the box says manufactured November 2021 and that they're good for 180 days, but they definitely were not! The only thing nice about these were the packaging...Save your money and buy them fresh from a local Chinese bakery if you have that option.I didn't realize these mooncakes were mini sized until they came, but it was perfect! Each cake was individually wrapped and labeled so there was no confusion to what flavor you got. Needless to say, because they were small, they didn't last too long in the house! They seem expensive, but for the occasion, are probably very reasonable. It came in a plain box instead of a red tin, as pictured, otherwise I would have given 5 stars.The red bean filling was tasteless and dry. Overall, not a good buy. Got them because Kee Wah was not available.The mooncakes were a bit dry. It may have been the hot weather but the red bean filling was very dry.
