I bought these to replace old Wilton cookie sheets that have rusted (well over 15 years old). Haven't used the large one yet, but the medium one has worked well. The small one curls slightly across the diagonal when it goes in the oven. It eventually flattens out, but things may slide towards the center when they're first put in the oven. Very easy to clean.I actually rarely ever cook directly on my pans. I like to lay foil or silicone mats down. Having said that, One had a very slight dent which obviously happened during transport and did not affect the function of the pan. The pans were otherwise recieved quickly and without incident and have met every expectation. I cannot attest as to whether or not they are non stick due to reasons stated above. I will say these are my favorite pans and the last set I had last for 5 years before they began to rust in the edges. (I wash them in the dishwasher and this is probably why they didn't last longer.)I never really write reviews, so here goes.Let me preface this by saying I'm a single guy, I don't do a lot of cooking or baking, but I have used a variety of cookie sheets over the years. These cookie sheets arrived today, and while I have not used them yet, here is my initial impression. These cookie sheets are thin, and not really what I expected. The product description says "Heavyweight, warp-resistant steel construction", and a number of other reviewers made it sound like these would be on the thicker/heavier side. These are not heavy/thick cookie sheets in my opinion, at all. If you're expecting a decent set of cheap cookie sheets, you won't be disappointed. If you are expecting a set of thicker, heavy duty cookie sheets, you won't be happy. With that said, I'm still going to give these cookie sheets 4 stars. I knew that I was taking a risk buying these without seeing them in person, and despite how it might sound, my expectations really weren't that high @ $9.99 for 3 cookie sheets. This is one of my go to brands for baking sheets. I love baking and have been baking for friends and family for over 20 years. These are easy to clean and do not stick. If I don't use parchment paper I use coconut oil spray. I use these at least once a week and they last a few years. This set I have had a few months and are still like new.I like the Wilton brand, and these are solid and hold up well for baking and cooking. The only negative is they do not clean well and end up turning brown after some time. For the price though, they can be replaced. Do not try to use a steel wool or scrubbing powder on them, it will remove the coating.I really like these pans. I don't know about other no. Stick baking sheets, but every time I use one it seems to stay burnt and gross looking after the first couple uses. I used it as a drop catcher for when I made steaks and the burnt on juice stains and if it gets naked on too many times with out being washed it's on there for good. I would just say wash it very well between every use to maintain it. When I use it in the oven it always bends as it heats up, like when you hear the pop from the pan turning unevenly. I don't know how to describe it but other than that, I've been very pleased so far.I am replacing a set I have had for years. These are great pans at a great price.I was very very surprised at the great quality of these pans when they arrived. They have been used almost daily for one thing or another and have cleaned up great and look brand new after at least 20 uses...no browning around the edges from oven heat. When I did spill a sticky marshmallow recipe on the sheet, it wiped off with small effort after burning on which surprised me. I wish I had purchased these alot sooner, rather than save a few dollars by buying less costly sheets. Well worth the money! The sizes are good too, from a rather small sheet to a regular cookie baking size. They are durable and sturdy, not thin and do not bend with the heat in the oven as would a cheaper pan.Not terribly impressed.I was happy when these arrived; they're a good weight and they feel sturdy. However, the very first time I used them to bake cinnamon rolls, they stained the pan! I've never had this happen before with any other cookware, and no matter how much I scrub, I can't get the stains to come off. Won't be ordering again.Believe or not but since I bought it, I yet did not use it even ones, but I tried to bend them and they are not bendable so clearly they are sturdy, and like any metal tray they are not easy nor hard to clean, if you take care of them they will serve you just fine, and if you gonna burn then often they will not be usable for long, I know cuz I have 10 different trays just like it, and so that's the reason why I did not yet use those at all, I need to destroy my old ones those were a spare ones just in case I need more for my business or in case of huge party baking So, for now I can't say much, but in the future as soon as I will have occasion to use it, I will surely come back here and update for a better future costumer experience.I can say for sure for now, that it is great value for the money and that my package came well secured so none of the trays came scratched or bended in any way, and package came pretty fast, so I'm giving 5 stars after all. This is a great price and value for this 3-pack of different sized baking pans. The non-stick coating is perfect for cookies and baked goods that give me trouble sliding off.The issue we have is that they ALWAYS temporarily warp during use. The first time we used them, they made that sound in the oven and we knew they were warping. They cool down and become relatively flat again, but it's an annoyance and could ruin some baked goods if pieces slide together because of the slight slope and movement caused by warping.Anyways, we're happy with the pans but just know that at this price they're not perfect.Like many I started to bake a bit during the start of the pandemic. I have a smaller oven so the largest of the three didn't fit but I still use it for random things (just this week I made soup and used it to freeze ziplocked freeze bags flat in my chest freezer). The other two work great. Cookies come out nicely and don't stick to them. I also use them to cook bacon in the oven (with parchment paper) and they wash clean with very little effort.Happy with them and do recommend!Looks really nice. I've used Wilton products before. They don't last forever before they mar and warp but for the price you pay they are great. I'm sure in the long run this will be the same. 3 different sizes and only $9.99....a steal. Very happy with purchase- I bought 2 packs. Side note- even after mo old ones got dark and it kinda warped, they still worked good. And I've had them a long time before I finally just replaced them now. They came with a couple minor dings but I'm not docking for that. Too good of a deal.************PLEASE NOTE- If you have a smaller oven, the X-Large wont fit. I used to then I bought a condo and my oven was a bit bigger and that size fits now.
